For one app built in Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Replit that's about to get (or already has) real users. I take it from prototype to a production setup you own: code in your Git repo, secrets out of the browser, errors handled and logged, a real deploy pipeline, and a written handoff.

What you get
- The app moved into your own GitLab/GitHub repo, with dead code and unused dependencies removed
- Environment variables and secrets moved server-side; separate dev and production configs
- Error handling and loading states on key flows, plus error tracking (for example Sentry free tier)
- Auth and database access rules checked (RLS for Supabase)
- Production deploy on Cloudflare, Vercel or Netlify with automatic deploys and a custom domain
- A handoff doc covering how to run, deploy and change it. Usually 5–7 business days after access.
Scope: one app, up to about 15 screens or routes, on its current stack. New features, redesigns or rewrites to a different framework are quoted separately. I tell you after the first day if it's bigger than this, before going further.
